Once a car is booked and a reservation has been made there will be no refund for cancelation or delay. This is due to our removing the vehicle from inventory to guarantee that you have a rental when you arrive.

Insurance
All vehicles are 100% covered for liability coverage. As far as Collision and Comprehensive Coverage, customer can,

A) provide verifiable proof of Collision and Comprehensive with LOU coverage from their insurance company in advance (that does not require a vehicle log), with the deductible amount and policy limits stated, documenting that it is valid in Margarita Island; naming us as a payee in the event of a loss.

B) Provide an authorization on their credit card for the value of the vehicle.

C) Select a CDW/VTW to cover the vehicle in case of collision and/or theft.
